SUEZ is a 2-row winter malting barley from the late maturity range. SUEZ achieves stable yields in both dry and humid areas. WHat is remarkable, is its good healthiness, especially its high resistance to powdery mildew.
In qualitative terms, SUEZ impresses regarding the important parameters with the combination of a high ratio of grains with a screening value >2,5 mm, medium-high TGW and excellent malting quality. From an agronomical point of view, its good straw stability and thus good resistances to stem and ear breaking are worth mentioning.
